This past week, Det. Sgt. Jeff Johnsgaard from Saskatoon Police Service presented a discussion at Missouri Western Siate University where Dr. Greg Vecchi, formerly the chief of the FBI Behavioral Sciences Unit, is now an assistant professor of criminal justice at the university. Dr. Vecchi and Jeff are advancing cutting edge thinking on the topic of use of force issues, and local media was there to cover the recent class taught by Jeff.
